LocationReminder (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides a location-based reminder app for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed, how it is used, and your choices.

1) Data We Process

Depending on enabled features, LocationReminder may process:

• Places and reminders you create (titles, notes, trigger type, radius, icons/colors)
• Location data (used to detect arrival/exit geofence events)
• Notification preferences and delivery metadata
• Optional Apple Reminders sync data (if enabled)
• Optional iCloud sync data (if enabled)
• Optional motion activity data (for car-mode reminders, if used)

2) How We Use Data

• Create and manage your reminders
• Trigger reminders at the right place and time
• Sync your reminder data across your devices (if enabled)
• Show your reminder history and app state
• Provide core app functionality and reliability improvements

3) Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

Data may be shared only with Apple services required for app functionality, such as notifications, iCloud, MapKit, and Apple Reminders (if enabled).

4) Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on your device and, if enabled, in Apple sync services used by the app.

Data remains until you delete reminders/places, disable sync, or remove app data.

5) Permissions

• Location: for geofence triggers
• Notifications: to deliver reminders
• Reminders Access (optional): for Apple Reminders sync
• Motion & Fitness (optional): for car-mode reminders

You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

6) Children’s Privacy

LocationReminder is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

7) Your Choices

• Edit or delete places/reminders anytime
• Disable Apple Reminders sync
• Disable iCloud sync
• Revoke permissions in iOS Settings

8) International Users

If you use the app outside your country, Apple account region and Apple infrastructure may affect where data is processed.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
